Background
From coaching and leadership development to continuous insight
Digital Coach Hub has worked closely with leaders and HR teams in Nordic organisations. The pattern repeated itself: the challenges were known long before they were measured, but no system captured the signals early enough for anyone to act.
QuestPulse is the answer to that. Instead of another annual survey, we give the organisation a continuous picture of what is developing, inside the tools people already use.
