Controller and roles

Digital Coach Hub AS, company registration number 936 265 634, is the controller for information collected from visitors, contacts, meeting bookings and sales enquiries on questpulse.no. Questions about privacy, security or documentation can be sent to support@questpulse.no.

When QuestPulse is used by an organisation, that organisation is normally the controller for employee data. Digital Coach Hub AS processes that data on its behalf under a data processing agreement. Participant requests should therefore normally be directed to their employer or the contact point provided by the employer.

Information and purpose

Please do not send health information, national identity numbers or other special category personal data in an ordinary sales or support enquiry.

• Enquiries and meeting bookings: name, work email, telephone number, organisation, role, preferred time and information you choose to provide.
• Customer relationship: contact details, correspondence, agreements and information needed to deliver, administer and invoice the service.
• Technical operation: limited technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting and stable website operation.

Legal basis

• Responding to an enquiry or arranging a meeting: legitimate interests and steps prior to entering into an agreement.
• Delivering and administering a customer relationship: agreement and legal obligations, including bookkeeping.
• Security and troubleshooting: legitimate interest in protecting the service, users and information.

Who may process the information

Access is limited to people who need it to follow up your enquiry, deliver the service or meet security and legal obligations. We never sell personal data.

We use Calendly LLC for digital meeting booking. When you choose to book a meeting, Calendly processes your name, work email, selected time, time zone and any information you choose to enter. Calendly processes this on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries outside the EEA, with relevant transfer safeguards.

We also use service providers for email, CRM, hosting and operations. Data processing agreements and necessary transfer safeguards are used where providers process personal data on our behalf. Current sub-processor information and relevant documentation are provided during procurement and contracting.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries and booking information that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last relevant contact. Customer records and documentation that must be retained by law are kept for the legally required period.

Information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, handle a specific dispute or document an active customer relationship.

Cookies and analytics

QuestPulse uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics about use of questpulse.no when you consent. Analytics does not start before you make an active choice.

This setup does not use Google Ads, remarketing or advertising audiences.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where the conditions are met. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Send requests to support@questpulse.no. We will assist you or direct the request to the correct controller when it concerns a QuestPulse customer.
